➼ My trainers and I initially show important lesson content. It is important to be particularly careful here! Because afterwards the children practice this..
➼ We are a friendly group, usually from several classes.
➼ Mistakes are normal and occur every day. That's why we live an open error culture.
➼ We are always role models in our social behavior and in individual situations we make the children aware of the connection to everyday life and how to solve problems.
➼ Once the children have implemented and understood the content shown, they are allowed to participate in a targeted manner for the rest of the time (continue practicing the content with their own ideas).
➼ The 45 minutes can be extended by up to 10 minutes free of charge, so that every child can live out their motivation and look forward to coming back.
Neighborhood …In several schools, Gildemeister offered afternoon courses in memory training since 2017 - and was intended by the children's. “During memory training, the children particularly stand out, even in comparison to other districts,” says Gildemeister. Why?...

*11.07.1986 in Hennigsdorf, Brandenburg. Named after the blind singer Stevie Wonder and John Lennon's son: Julian. You have to imagine that first! What if my parents had liked other musicians?
1994 Learned chess from his father. After school we played games to wind down. It had become normal for us. It wasn't until I was 10 years old that I beat my father with the French defense, which is still my favorite style of play. I kept practicing and practicing with it because I actually won with it once. With the pawn on the e6 square, I now know that it prevents a lot of gambits. It's not the best way to play, but my father, an engineer and managing director, never let me win voluntarily. I've never had any mechanical talent and could never meet his demands. He was mean to me and others. I learned to fight and to focus on one thing in a disciplined manner. I still don't like my father to this day. Thanks to his Spartan upbringing, I now have my resilience and my memories that tell me that no child should ever experience that. So the pawn on e6 became the CSG opening with a very special story that should tell everyone: We won't lose! We learn from it!
1998 I asked myself, why can we easily remember all the details of Lego and then later Pokemon? But only difficult school knowledge, like painting sequences. I would never have thought that this consideration would play a crucial role in my life. When friends played and I asked them, they knew a lot about this game! N/a? Did you notice watt? Let's say in Berlin. When I was studying psychology, I noticed a lot of things! Ask your child about something they like and they can talk about it in detail. Observe your child's focus while playing. Learning must be adapted to be playful. That's exactly what I've made my life's work.
2007 In addition to school, I became a nursing assistant at the IB and even received a certificate of honor from former Federal President Johannes Rau for special achievements. Thanks Johannes (!). I have always been interested in interpersonal relationships. At the International Federation, Ms. A. Falckenberg gave me a very special memory: "If your counterpart believes that it is like that. Then play his game and leave the healing to the experts!" You won't believe how smoothly problems solve themselves!
2008 ICDL/ECDL European computer driving license obtained. Yes, played a lot of chess and Skat on the computer and clicked along with what was supposed to be clicked. I had a completely different experience here. I drank Jakobs Krönung for the first time and my creativity was stimulated so intensely that I still can't get away from the brand today. Now I know what addiction is. Please do not speak to me before 10 a.m. As a result, I've become a morning person who crawls to the coffee machine every morning like a zombie and makes strange noises! By the way, that's why I always do the workgroups so late in the afternoon and sit at the computer at night.
2009 Read my first book about memory training. Wow! It flipped a switch for me. With this knowledge, I immediately annoyed the people in my immediate surroundings! Children ages 4 and up understand it. Adults and increasingly older people tended not to be interested or were not interested at all. At the time, I always imagined myself cool as I walked along a bridge, memorizing every detail of passing vehicles. Vehicle type, color, license plate, number of occupants, etc. By the time I reached the end of the bridge, I would be able to recite all the details in exactly the right order. I imagine Transformers with different characteristics. The numbers and letters on the license plate are then associations into which the car transforms. This works quite well when going for a walk. Hopefully one day one of my students will pull off this cool number. This year I memorized 3,000 pi decimal places and discovered systematic repetitions in the pi decimal places. The arrangements I made using the loci method don't make any real mathematical sense, I think, I'm not a mathematician. I would like to talk about this with someone who knows something about mathematics and is open to my views. There are repetitions in chains of 3. This can be used again and again with Pi and thus determine/predict the next or previous number. But I probably didn't discover anything there.
2011 Completed training as a retail clerk at Aldi Nord. My years of apprenticeship were not gentlemen’s years. Thank you for putting up with me. And I'm grateful that I didn't end it prematurely. Back then I was always on the verge of it. I wasn't easy to get along with and was getting in my own way as a result. The thing with the ant (I mean the electric pallet truck) and the demolished freezer was really an accident! The scar on my thumb still reminds me of this enlightening time.
2012 Appearance as keyboardist with the rock group "Brennus" in the former K17 (today: Nuke Club). What a great, freaky time it was! Back then I was still a would-be daredevil with toned upper arms and thin wrists. Oh how embarrassing. Here I learned from Christian Drommer, the charismatic singer and actor, how to hold a team together and how to approach a project in a structured and organized manner. For the first time, I was able to see how we were all at each other's heads the day before the big performance and the reason was just because we were super excited about our performance. We didn't recognize it and little things became huge problems. It was the stress. After the performance we all lay in each other's arms and drank to our success. We are still friends today. The idea of singing the Erlkönig by Johann (!) Wolfgang von Goethe and also Rammstein-like riffs? I thought that was so brilliant! Thanks Christian!
Today I always pay attention to stress levels and their triggers. Above all, if you are relaxed, polite and friendly towards other people, it has a highly contagious effect, unless you overdo it.
2013 I spent a whole month in Cuba. People who were poor, who had next to nothing, invited me to their homes for dinner. Treated me like I was family. Since this experience, I have leaned more toward altruism. Could the government please cover my costs so that I can provide memory training and chess to EVERYONE completely free of charge? Why the money? I'm not in the mood for this economic stress. From now on I know how to enjoy life and convey the good. - what a vacation, hey! Muchas gracias por tu sabiduría, querida Cuba.
2015 Receiving swimming badges, swimming training with sister, desensitizing fear of diving
2015 Received a “red card” health pass. Hazard analysis and compliance with critical control points according to HACCP, as at Aldi.
2016 Obtained extended driving license with B96 and A1. Immediately drove through to Siófok, Hungary
Afterwards, I fulfilled my long-awaited wish and jumped backwards from the bungee for joy.
For me, the driving license was the energy to gain courage and desensitize my fear of heights the hard way when doing bungee. All right. My fear isn't that great. But through this action I can better understand the feeling of fear of heights... a few years later I went skydiving. Unfortunately that's no longer a thrill for me. Now I much prefer driving go-karts and all that... are you doing an event with your students? No. Go-karting and counting cards in poker, Skat and Blackjack are my private hobbies. Nobody ever wants to play with me.
2017 Within 2 years I helped organize over 50 events for the company Eiskultur Event GmbH, guest appearances on the radio station Jump and my first experiences in acting at Berlin Day and Night
2018 With my free time in LARP (live action role play) as Johan the Battle Bard, I repeatedly experience many insights from social and personality psychology, which I use to motivate children. Go dear psychology students (m/f/d), LARP is a must for you and also a paradise for fake personality disorders. I got this LARP name based on Johannes Rau (my patron and Rau because of my rough music lyrics), Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (own music lyrics and conversion of "from" into "der"), medieval bard (I play the guitar and like it too singing) and fighting (my LARP fights with sword and axe). Even though I can't sing, I can annoy the evil orcs, witches and super-ultra-upgraded champions there without physically defeating them. My frustration that I only have 24 hours a day, that public transport always arrives on the other side of the stop first, that I got on the tram at 9:58 a.m. and had to pay a fine at the Berlin transport companies (BVG) because I had a 10 a.m. ticket and slow walkers always block my way... Grrr! Fortunately, I can live it out in a role-playing character during LARP. Of course, in LARP, as in real life, I have to be able to deal with the medieval reactions and consequences of my fellow human beings. You're always IN training.
MY RECOMMENDATION 2018 AND 2019 THAT ORGANIZED IT REALLY WELL FOR BEGINNERS:
LARP: Münzquell e.V. & Weiße Löwen
MITTELALTER: Bruderschaft der freyen Leut e.V.
I would be very interested in offering a permanent children's LARP based entirely on Alice in Wonderland and with a focus on chess. In collaboration with a martial arts club, we would even get physically active here. If I'm not in the orc camp, I'll show you in the evening around the campfire with my guitar why my singing didn't get any clicks on YouTube... XD Ha!Ha!Ha! By the way, my realization that I couldn't sing came really late.
2018 Completed degree in business psychology in the standard period of study with 8 additional courses.
Student representative throughout my studies with my own focus on starting a business. Numerous field studies with different people of different ages to improve memory methods specifically for children.
When I learned the scientific method, it was an absolutely exhilarating time for me. I would like to continue studying. Increase your academic level as much as possible. Unfortunately no time and no money.
2019 Completed elaboration of your own memory methods for use by novices. 1. Memory training groups at Berlin primary schools.
During a school break: "StevieKiwi, do we want to play chess?"
Then: Spontaneous founding of the Gildemeister chess school! The fact that chess is my hobby and that all of my studies fit in exactly with it is just like looking in the fridge and not seeing the milk that is in front of me!!
This was like an inspiration.
2020 Start of the 1st Chess AG at Berlin primary schools with its own learning concept. Based on findings from the social behavior of LARPers, children with ADHD can now also do customized concentration exercises that can be linked to chess and LARP during the group.

2021 Completed elaboration of the MnC method (Mnemonic Chess). Now everyone (m/f/d) can easily memorize and replay chess games with the help of my memory methods. Even those who have never played chess! It's so intense that a side effect can even make you play chess blind. When it comes to running out of time in blitz games, the MnC method is suitable for quickly replaying the moves from memory without having to think too much about it. Thanks to Mnemonic Chess Training, I am now able to compare multiple move options and move sequences with my memories, learn new move sequences much more quickly and keep an overall overview. I also use this in chess psychology to understand other people's thoughts and to explain the movements of the pieces without looking at the chessboard. This also enables blind people to play chess and is a nice concentration training using memory methods. To research imagination, I would like to conduct field studies with participants who are blind from birth and evaluate the results with a comparison group who unfortunately become blind after a certain age.
Every child needs to have positive experiences again and again. When I was at school, I wasn't really interested in school. That should change with my work! With teaching mnemonics, lessons should be interdisciplinary, entertaining, playful and interactive. So that children can have fun learning at school too. The spirit should be ignited and harnessed. From my own experiences, I know how hard life can be as a child. If I can look back at the end of my life and someone can say that I gave them positive memories, ignited their spirit and made them enjoy learning, that's really all I wanted to achieve. I pass on money and power to those who don't need it to do good with it. Economic psychology word of honor.
2022 OMG! that wasn't intentional
Through conversations during the more intensive care times for the children in holiday camps, I became aware that the environment and especially media consumption set exaggerated standards by which the children's ideas are based. Programs with very distinctive character traits and pointed plots are fascinating and invite people to think in pigeonholes. Finding their own identity confuses young people because they cannot achieve what others suggest, especially when consuming media. We are no longer the only role model for younger people! Especially what we try to avoid in society is allowed in the digital world. The media is firing on all cylinders and using what inspires. Another commercial exploitation of the misguided ideas has arisen through clickbait. Hence my: "2022 OMG! That wasn't what I wanted!". It worked that you read the text here as you scroll through. Please stop reading and think about what your expectations were when you read the headline! Stop!!
Now imagine if I had visually highlighted “Children in Holiday Camps”! Is it completely or partially true that you wanted to find out something about me, someone who trains children, who then confesses something that was probably not intentional/went wrong and you thought that my sovereignty might be lost? I would be happy to coach you in advertising and personality psychology. Below I write my observations from 2022 that will influence my actions for the next year, even though I planned to do what I did before. However, not adapting my work to the children's behavior would not be successful. In my opinion, 8-year-olds are completely indifferent to crass Halloween decoration materials. Throw a severed decorative hand at a child and watch their joyful grin! It's nice that the children don't panic. However, gaming behavior must then be regulated and education must take place! You too should continue to consume the media. But much more conscious! Because media consumption “rapes” the soul in a particularly seductive way. Don't allow yourself and your child to be mentally raped! It's really hard for me to write this, but it describes precisely what will get worse in the next few years because of lack of enlightenment!
At this point I recommend Computer Education Berlin (CBB), who do first-class educational work in their seminars with children. No, I was not paid to write this. With CBB I had the first opportunity to teach children during my studies. In my opinion, they were the most employer-friendly company I had ever experienced before I became self-employed. I really hope that it stays that way!
The Gamerlanguage with words from streamers/YouTubers like "shave, flex, honor" etc. are becoming more and more common language. It sounds cool and is better than the ghetto language that emerged when I was at school. It's also okay that English terms like "trading and sniping" are practiced. This offers approaches to talk to children about “respawning” and a “sniper focus” when helping around the house, learning and, above all, the future of life. The fact that the children find additional connection by identifying with each other as gamers is also a good approach to strengthening unstable characters in educational gaming seminars. When I was a teenager it was still called: “Supervised Lan party”. Still far too far away from the idea of catching up with children, this gamer market segment has established itself so strongly that the cash registers are ringing big! Disney has the rights to Star Wars and Marvel lets several superheroes from “their universe” compete at once. I wanted to write that there are niches in the gaming segment with an incredible amount of potential to do something good in development using the digital world. But thinking more globally, something has to be found that marks the educational added value of every game and every film and points out dangers. Oh yes, it already exists when selecting films on Netflix etc., but it's not nearly enough. We now have to act in detail across topics in order to bring children into reality through education. Unfortunately, the children repeatedly learn about age-appropriate content in films and games in the genres: thriller, horror, action and eroticism. Everything is also very well packaged in anime. The children think the imitative, exaggerated behavior of the children in the form of physical and psychological violence and the imitation of personality disorders is great, but in reality it is, in gamer language: "rather dishonorable"!!
We are more interested in the pictures than the text! Reading can be so tiring! Why do you think that is the case? Come! Do not give up! You've already made it this far! Now my self-experiment makes it really exciting - did you know that I was horrified to discover that using image searches and links that are specifically placed on the Internet, you can reach pages with adult content? Certainly! My child too! And it did NOT talk to me about it! But with other children. The other children tell their parents about it and I may find out that it is even more pointed than it is from them or other outsiders. Torn between maintaining control over what my child does, ensuring appropriate safety, but also giving the child his freedom and looking good as a parent, there is enough fuel for media educational work. On the part of the parents, the controlling measure begins with age-appropriate media consumption and developmentally appropriate “screen time”.
The dangers of excessive media consumption become apparent when your child spends more time in front of a screen than playing with children, you or toys. Can your child only fall asleep with the light on? Does he have anxiety attacks when he is away from the screen or is alone somewhere? The cause should be diagnosed by professionals because your child's further development will not be particularly positive! Some parents dismiss it: "Oh, it's just acute," etc. But people who don't see your child every day particularly notice this. “But you’ve grown!” was the feedback from your external appearance. Has your child matured mentally in the meantime? An increasing addictive behavior of media consumption can be observed with negative effects on our psyche. This paralyzes the development of maturity. Woe- in my free time or as I observed in 2022; Digital consumption is not possible in the holiday camps, or the internet is not available!
My own decisions for future training are now aimed at doing even more qualified preparatory work for further personal development. A serious cheer for age restrictions and the work of youth protection! My existing content is suitable for young people and should continue to be qualitatively adapted to provide the best possible cognitive support. Oh dear, the content I have created (especially during the lockdowns) is immense! Keeping up with the zeitgeist and constantly adapting the content always means a lot of time and nerves. Luckily I have the patience of a chess player. Do the people I interact with also have this? With our own training and coaching of our own staff, we use existing content with updated knowledge, continually create new content and prioritize prioritizing older content. At the end of 2022 there will already be 18 people supporting me internally and at schools. My love of science now means that others answer emails for me, do the monthly billing and select the staff. This really went over my head this year (relaxation of the Corona measures with extremely high demand for coaching). I focus on interleaving learning using memory methods. This is ideal for making it suitable for every person, regardless of their level of knowledge and worldview, in our school system and in individual training sessions. All content developed can be used for a fee in the form of chess, memory training, puzzles, scratch projects (here an opportunity for suitable media consumption), gifted education and in holiday camps. Some schools, cooperation partners such as Jumpers and libraries have agreed to cover the costs so that as many children as possible can be reached..
At this point I would like to thank you very much and sincerely! However, I would like to make this possible for EVERYONE for free! However, all costs must be covered. I'm only human and, in addition to a one-off vacation to Cuba, I spent two weeks in Italy in 2020 and a week on Rügen this year. That's it for free time compensation. The best case for me would be to support our children's development as best as possible and free of charge with a strong team, but also to be able to take appropriate vacations :) Unfortunately, the work-life balance is still very, very unbalanced up to this point.
An dieser Stelle kommen noch 2 Bilder aus meinem Freundschaftsbucheintrag der 2. Klasse und ein Foto das ich dieses Jahr von einer Mutter mit ihren Kindern gemacht habe (GG-Mama!)
